Speaking on Saturday during the annual talent show for the Cerebral Pulsy Foundation held at Coast Girls High School hall where he was the chief guest, the legislator challenged people living with disabilities to use their intelligence, regardless of their disability.

"I have always said that disability is not inability and that all children need to be treated equally," he said.

"I want to assure everyone that I'm committed to ensuring people living with disabilities in Mvita and the Coast region at large get access to opportunities for both their economic and social growth," he added.
