Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya on Monday launched Kwale County’s NHIF biometric registration exercise.

The programme is meant to have citizens be able to access NHIF services efficiently and effectively once registered.

NHIF Kwale through the leadership of Jane Kosgei have already installed their systems at Msambweni referral hospital, with Mvurya saying the installations will extend to other health institutions in the County.

"As a government we look forward to better services from NHIF for all citizens with our County and country," he said.
