Photo: the-star-co.ke)Kwale governor hopeful Chirau Ali Mwakwere has said that he is not satisfied with the poll results that shows incumbent Salim Mvurya leading.
Mwakwere says that he will not accept the results alleging irregularities in counting and tallying.
In an interview with the Star, the former Kenyan ambassador to Tanzania claimed that the gubernatorial results have been allegedly manipulated to favor Mvurya.
''I am not going to accept or concede defeat to a skewed election process,'' he said as quoted by the Star.
Mwakwere said that he will only accept defeat if he loses faily.
He asked the IEBC to do address his concerns.
The Kwale gubernatorial provisional results shows that Mvurya is poised for a clear re-election.
Mvurya who ditched ODM and joined Jubilee is leading the race with 105, 629 votes as at Wednesday 2.30 pm.
He is being trailed by Mwakwere who has so far garnered 26, 028 votes.
Independent candidate Sammy Ruwa conceded defeat earlier and hadhad garnered 4,520 votes.
Poll counting and tallying has been completed in 544 out of 612 polling centers.
