Mwala IEBC Boss Julius Mingi Thursday held a meeting in Masii town with different stakeholders to see on how to increase voter registration in the region.

IEBC targets 27,811 new voters in Mwala sub-county and so far only 1,040 have registered as voters.

The sub-county commissioner Mwala Evans asked chiefs, assistant chiefs and other administrative officers to ensure as many as possible citizens register as voters in the area.
