Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior has said that he is scared that his father’s killers might come for him one day. According to SDE, Mutula said that there are possibilities that the persons who killed his father, Senator Mutula Kilonzo might come looking for him if he poses a threat to them.
He also said that he is not certain of who killed his father, but he knows he was murdered by people with ill motives.
“I don’t know who exactly killed my father. But the danger always lurks around me. The person who wanted him dead eventually got him dead,” the senator said, as quoted by the Local Daily.
He added: If he posed a threat to whoever killed him, the killer wouldn’t hesitate to look for me if he thought I also posed a threat.”
The death of the senator has remained a mystery. The family of the deceased senator has been accusing the government of laxity in the case to reveal the real killers of the senator despite taking years to probe the matter. The senator has been claiming that the father was killed by ‘people around him’
