Kiambu county government will soon partner with Kiambu lawyers for the purpose of fostering harmony in the county according to county Governor William Kabogo.
Kabogo said that his government is willing to work with every person or organisation to ensure Kiambu county moves miles on development projects put in place.
Speaking in Thika town on Thursday, when he met Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT), to discuss education issues in the county, the governor said that his government operates in an open door policy and every citizen is welcomed to bring different ideas for the betterment of the county.
The county boss said that he is keen in promoting harmony within the county of Kiambu from malicious and ill mannered section of leaders, traders and citizens to ensure the county moves as a team in development projects.
He said that political instability is the main cancer that feeds the county and the time has come for the citizens to say enough is enough and engage in dialogue as opposed to violence which will only pull the county behind.
The governor has called on Kiambu leaders to unite and put to an end their differences until 2017 just to ensure the county is moving in the right direction and not being politicized in every development it makes.
Meanwhile Kabogo urged parents to ensure they have set their priorities right and seclude the right amount of school fees for the next term and not to wait for rush hour to do the same.
He said that there only less than two weeks for the schools to resume and thus advocated guardians to buy the necessary requirements before the prices are hiked during the opening of the schools.
