Kisii based blogger Kefa Onyinkwa has claimed that his life is in danger and some people are targeting his life.
This is after the blogger posted a link on his social media linking Bonchari member of parliament Zebedeo Opore to be behind the recent school unrest in the constituency where property worth thousands of shillings was destroyed by fire when the students set ablaze 7 dormitories out of the 12 dorms at Itierio Boys High school.
Onyinkwa was arrested last week from a pub within Kisii town and faced defamation charges. He was transferred to parliament police station in Nairobi where he was released on a bond of Sh20,000.
Kefah posted a post on facebook days after his release from police custody saying that some people on a motorbike had followed him from behind something he said was unusual to him.
The post read:
"Security alert, I know who is obsessed to kill me there is a plan to kill me. Yesterday night while going to the house I was followed by 2 motorbikes. Immediately they saw the compound that I lived they left. God be my protector."
