Lempurkel said he has been receiving threatening messages from an unknown person.

According to the MP, the messages started streaming in after he hosted NASA leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka in Samburu and Laikipia county on Wednesday.

Laikipia has been experiencing tensions over security officers and pastoralist from Samburu county.
