Former Tala Councilor Boniface Muisyo who filed a petition seeking the nullification of Tala Member of County Assembly results has said that his life is in danger.

Muisyo who is set to appear in court next week to listen to the ruling on his petition reported to the police that a group of people is not aware of has been tracking him every evening when be gets off from his work place in Tala.

"From Friday I have been trailed by a group of unknown people. I have also been receiving threatening messages from numbers of people I do not know. My life is really in danger," said Muisyo.

Muisyo has called on the police to investigate those incidences by keeping an eye on unusual loitering of groups of people especially during the night in Tala town.

The former Councilor expressed his bitterness about the group that has been tracking him saying that they should be hired goons set to attack him so that his petition in court won't continue.

Muisyo has however urged police to be vigilant challenging them to embrace strategies that will ensure the security of all residents regardless of their social economic class.
