The immediate former Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamsba has spoken for the first time regarding his next political move after failing to defend his seat in the August 8, polls.

Namwamba said he is currently enjoying a two-weeks holiday before he returns to startegise on his 2022 political rebattle.

The former lawmaker also took time to brag on the impact he and his team had to ensure that President Uhuru Kenyatta is reelected.

"I am very happy that despite losing, we delivered votes for President Uhuru Kenyatta," he boosted.

Namwamba hinted that in 2022, he will seek to secure a top seat above the level of an MP. He also stated that he has no intention of going to court to petition his defeat.
