Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) leader Isaac Ruto has hit out at Jubilee Party, saying it does not deserve to run the country after 2017 general election.
The Bomet governor said Jubilee government had failed to honour most of its promises to Kenyans.
Ruto said the government has not created more job opportunities for the youth as promised before 2013 polls.
The governor said he cannot advocate for re-election of Jubilee government until cash allocation to county governments is placed at 45 per cent, to ensure county government provide essential services to members of the public uninterrupted.
He was speaking after he launched CCM Salgaa office on Saturday.
