Nyamira county governor John Nyagarama has pleaded with locals to re-elect him due to his good development in the past 4 years.
The ODM governor urged supporters to ignore his rivals who are using propaganda.
Speaking at Royal media's Egesa Fm this week, Nyagarama denied allegations about his administration being full of nepotism and clannism in hiring county workers.
He said every constituency was considered in the appointments of county workers.
Nyagarama said the accusations against him of misusing the billions of shillings received from the National Treasury are false.
He said the money received from the national government was used to improve health services, roads and built ECD classrooms among other development projects in the county.
Nyagarama is seeking a second term in office will face off with Senator Mong’are Okong’o of NLP, John Kumenda an independent candidate and Evans Ongaga of Chama Cha Mashinani.
