Nacada has blamed county governments for the rise in the number of bars and clubs in counties.

Nacada has said that these bars and clubs sell alcohol and other abusive substances in the county where such businesses should not be operating.

The organisation’s chairperson, John Mututho said the government officers in the counties have been giving licenses to clubs and bars illegally, something that has contributed to too much noise to residents in the counties as loud music is played from the clubs and bars as well noise from drunken people.

Mututho now wants Nkaissery to intervene and save the situation.
