President Kenyatta will today lead his Jubilee team in the last leg of the presidential campaigns, before the country heads to the polls on Thursday.

The team will assemble outside City Hall before they start crisscrossing the city in hunt for votes.

The president will be joined by Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko as they first flag off new fire engines outside City Hall, before moving out to ask for votes.

The president’s team will start at Gikomba before heading out to Kayole, and hold the fianal rally in Githurai.

The team has been pushing for the country to hold the elections, despite calls from NASA that Kenyans should boycott the elections.

The elections’ fate is still unclear, with many people calling for dialogue to solve the impasse that the country is facing.

Matters at the electoral body have done little to salvage the situation, with Roselyn Akombe’s resignation dealing the commission a huge blow.
