A Nairobi lawyer waPs on Tuesday arragned in court to answer to charges of money laundering in relation to sh 791 million loss at the National Youth Service.

Lawyer Paul Ogola pleaded not guilty to charges when he appeared before Nairobi before Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo.

According to the prosecution, the accused in conjuction with other suspect, conspired and wired sh791 million from NYS accounts.

He was freed on a bond of Sh300, 000.

Other suspects in the case, Ben Gethi and Jedidah Wangui did not appear in court citing illness.
