He said that in such conditions would increase the likelihood of road crashes, the Star reports."A lot of accidents are already being reported because of fog and misty conditions. We urge all drivers using this highway to be extra-cautious at least until this weather condition is over. We will take stern actions against reckless drivers," Odhiambo said as quoted by the Star on Wednesday.Odhiambo was speaking at the scene of an accident in which a senior Kenya Forest Service ranger died after his car collided head-on with a lorry in the Kinale area on Monday.Odhiambo confirmed that Elijah Mwaura, who is attached to Kamae Forest, died as he was being rushed to Kijabe AIC Hospital following the accident.Kenya Meteorological Department last week released an advisory detailing how the weather will be like for various regions across the country. In Central region counties, the weatherman said that many places will experience cloudy weather in the mornings accompanied by light showers in the afternoon.
