The Nairobi swimming championship ended on Sunday afternoon at Makini School.
Swimmers who emerged victorious in different categories earned a ticket to represent their various schools in the national international championship qualifiers.
The championship brought together over 200 swimmers drawn from five schools within Nairobi including hosts Makini School, Loreto Convent Valley road among others.
Winners in various categories also received medals and trophies.
However, the Kenya Swimming Federation Nairobi branch will select swimmers who will take part in the international championship qualifiers from 20th this month.
The team that will be selected after the qualifiers will represent the country in the Dubai international championship slated for later this year.
