The Mirera farmers have now called on the Kenya Wildlife Service officers to take action or they will take action over roaming animals.
For a nonresident, this would look like a human animal fun game as women chase after giraffes.
It is the best way to relieve the agony they claim has engulfed them for two planting seasons. The farmers said they have harvested nothing due to the invasion of the wild animals believed to stray from the nearby Longonot National Park .
Alice Waithera said they are having sleepless nights as they keep vigil over animals.
Waithera said efforts to get help from the Kenya Wildlife Service has not been forthcoming.
Her sentiments were echoed by a granny, Rose Wambui, who said they will have no alternative other than to march to Nairobi to seek help.
