The Naivasha Chief magistrate who has been handling the case facing embattled Nakuru ODM Chairman Peter Ole Osono is expected to visit the controversial Ol Njorai farm in Gilgil on Friday. Peter Gesora who had gone to cover a demonstration by area residents who were opposed to his closing of a public road at the farm.

The prosecution has ten witnesses in its case against Ole Osono. On July 1, four of thwill be going to the farm to get a real picture of how things unfolded on May 18 when Ole Osono allegedly shot at six journalists e six journalists gave their testimonies at the court. Three policemen, one among them an expert on gun matters and Gilgil CID boss Joseph Owiti are also expected to testify before the case is determined. Earlier, during a visit to the farm, The National Land Commission Chairman Mohamed Swazuri announced that the farm would be partitioned afresh while giving a stern warning to those who would try to incite others against the move. 

"We will not spare the inciters who always come out to oppose our plans to resolve this matter. We are determined to find a solution in the shortest time possible," he said.
