Jeremiah Gichini Ngiriita, one of the National Youth Service scandal suspect, is a violent man who used to harass revelers whenever he became drunk, Naivasha residents have claimed.
John Kimiri, a Naivasha resident, said Gichini became violent whenever he was drunk and would bully other revelers in local joints.
"He used to threaten us that he will beat us and pay us. He was a very violent and a bully every time he became drunk, we feared him much because of his immense wealth," Kimiri said.
Gichini was arrested together with his mother and two sisters over theft of millions of shillings in the NYS through fraudulent payments.
A resident who prefered anonymity said he one day witnessed Gichini harass a fellow reveler in a local bar.
"He was coming from the urinal when he met the other guy and accused him of having peeped at him, he hit him one header to the ground," he said.
