According to one of the area leaders Esther Nyokabi, the main culprit in the murder is still roaming free in the estate that houses hundreds of flower farm workers.

She confirmed on Tuesday that in the last two weeks, two cases of attempted abduction of minors had been thwarted by members of the public.

“We suspect that these are ritual killings targeting minors and we are ready to work with police so that we can resolve these cases,” she said.

Nyokabi who is also the chairperson of Maendeleo ya Wanawake in Naivasha said that the last minor to be attacked had been treated and discharged.

“Parents are having sleepless nights in these estates following the recent cases where we have so far lost two minors through beastly acts,” she said.
