[Photo|Moha Jicho Pevu]Nyali MP Mohammed Ali's office received a section of Nakumatt Cinemax staff on Thursday.They complained of several Human Resource related grievances such as; six months unpaid salary, non-remittance to Sacco, NSSF, NHIF, unnecessary compulsory leaves and unlawful dismissal of workers.In his message, the MP condemned the treatment, saying: "This is against the ILO standards and employment act of 2007."He pledged to make up a follow up with the employer so that justice to the workers can be served. "If it doesn't succeed, I will exhaust the parliament and Labour tribunal court as other options. I won't rest until justice to common mwananchi is served," he said.
