Nakumatt FC and Zoo Kericho have been reinstated to the Kenya Premier League by the Court of Appeal.
The Appellate court on Tuesday issued directions that the two suspended clubs be reinstated pending ruling on the decision that invalidated the 18-team league.
The final ruling will be made on October 17.
Recently, a High Court ruling in Nairobi quashed Zoo Kericho and Nakumatt’s participation in the KPL on grounds that they earned promotion on unsporting merit.
The petition was filed by former Football Kenya Federation (FKF) president Sam Nyamweya.
