A Nakuru-based activist Masese Kemunche has condemned the manner in which political activist Miguna Miguna was handled at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and finally deported to Dubai.
Masese said he is deeply perturbed by what he read on social media on the developments sorounding Miguna Miguna.
“I am deeply perturbed by what I am reading on FB following reports that Miguna Miguna was abducted, sedated and bundled into an emirates flight to Dubai. How can anyone celebrate this blatant abuse of power and violations of human rights? I mean, how can we be celebrating impunity?” he said.
Masese called on all 'right thinking' Kenyans to stop 'celebrating impunity'.
According to Masese the government has turned rogue.
"I would forgive some fellows who never tasted Moi's dictatorship for their ignorance but not those in their forties who are celebrating the barbarity,” he said.
The activist is of the view that if what is going on now in Kenya will not be stopped then the nation is headed the wrong direction.
