This is after a section of them backtracked on the move after they allegedly met Governor Lee Kinyanjui and agreed to sort out their differences through dialogue.

The motion of no confidence which was to be tabled in the assembly on Tuesday was shelved at the last minute

But in a twist of events assembly minority leader Peter Palanga issued a notice of a similar motion which he intends to table in the house next week.

According to assembly insider sources Palanga has the support of members from both sides. The finance CEC is being accused of gross incompetence.
