On its side, the NGO Partners in Child and Family Support through their lawyer Mr. Diane Hamrick went ahead and told the court that the management of the school sacked Principal Gidraff Wanjala due to the differences in running of the school.

Gidraff Wanjala had already sued the school saying that he was sacked illegally and without any concrete reason to do so.

Speaking to the press yesterday in Nakuru town, Bishop Daniel Wandawe said that the private school is fully managed and runned by the church.

"I really want to assure you that United Methodist  Church fully runs the school and not Diane Hamrick. He is not the manager of the school and has never been one", Wandawe said.

Bishop Wandawe went ahead and said that Gidraff Wanjala was still the principal of the school and has not been sacked by anybody.

"To us he is still the principal of the school and he is still in our payroll. Anyone who is saying that he has been sacked is just spreading unconfirmed rumours which should be avoided at all", Bishop Wandawe said.
