Nakuru town was on Monday thrust into a celebratory mood after the Supreme Court upheld the reelection of Mr Uhuru Kenyatta.
Business people closed down their shops and joined thousands of jubilant Uhuruto supporters in songs and dance.
The supporters thronged Kenyatta Avenue before converging at the Mburu-Gichua roundabout.
They sang pro-Jubilee slogans saying the long political journey should come to an end.
Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyajui said the county is sharing in Uhuru's win.
The governor said the long political period had affected many lives as businesses stalled over political uncertainty.
Nakuru is Jubilee's heartbeat, President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto finished the campaigns for the repeat poll by holding a prayer rally on Nakuru.
