''I would like to challenge the Nakuru county citizens to make good use of the sovereign powers enshrined in constitution and participate fully in the budgeting process,"said Bancy.

Kabula noted that the sytem of Government  has always been seen as non transparent as it hinders the public access to information despite the Constitution demanding the same.

"The county Government of Nakuru should also ensure transparency and accountability  and therefore should ensure proper access to information by the public"she added.

The New launched project ‘UADILIFU’ will focus on building the capacity of the Nakuru County Citizens inorder to hold the leaders accountable.
