Lovers of samosas in Nakuru town might have feasted on cats and dogs without knowing if the latest development is anything to go by.

A man was on Sunday arrested skinning a cat and confessed that he was about to sell the meat to a local trader who sells samosas.

The man said he has killed more than 100 cats which he sold to traders for Sh500 and they used the meat to make quick bites.

Samosa and muturas are popular delicacies within the town and are usually sold during the evening.

The confession by the man means that those sweet samosas many enjoying taking a bite of could be cooked with meat unfit for human consumption.
