A man who was accused on Wednesday for allegedly striping and insulting a woman was released on Sh 100,000 bond with surety of a similar amount by a Naivasha court.
Paul Mwangi, 58, pleaded not guilty to the charges before Resident Magistrate Victoria Ochanda.
The court heard that on March 14, the accused allegedly striped and insulted the woman calling her a prostitute and a wizard at Karagita shopping centre.
The woman was allegedly accompanied by her daughter and was heading to the market after attending a church service, when they came across the accused, who started undressing her in front of her daughter and started insulting her for no apparent reason.
The woman ran for her safety and later reported the matter to Naivasha police station where she recorded a statement.
The accused was later arrested at his home in Karagita after investigations had been carried out.
