Nakuru county assembly minority leader Daniel Ambale has defended CORD members of Parliament who were ejected from Parliament for disrupting president Kenyatta's state of the nation address.
Ambale said its a normal occurrence in parliaments across the world for members to disrupt parliamentary proceedings.
He said that there was nothing wrong by CoRD MPs whistling during the presidents address.
Speaking Friday through a phone interview, Ambale said that those bashing the MPs are being naive.
"Its not the first time members of Parliament are disrupting the president because it happens world over and what happened yesterday is nothing new,"said Ambale.
"We must understand that the MPs were simply telling the president that the country is not happy and he should listen to that,"he added.
Ambale added that it was wrong for the speaker to order the ejection of MPs from Parliament because they were exercising their rights.
