Addressing media in Nakuru on Tuesday morning, Mbae said there in a cover up in the saga.

He said report by a team of national and county government engineers had already condemned the dam.

He called on Rift Valley Regional Commissioner Mwongo Chimwanga to ensure the initial report is by the engineers is adopted.

“The preliminary investigations have no hope for the victims as it seems to give the dam a clean bill of health yet the initial report indicates gaps as the dam had no spill way. We are calling on the RC who chaired rescue mission committee to move in and ensure the initial report is implemented,” Mbae said.

Mbae added that he will move to court to seek justice for the Solai Dam tragedy victims.
