A case challenging the re-election of Nakuru West Town MP, Samuel Arama continued yesterday.An ODM Chief Agent said he saw the MP bribing voters who were on their way to the polling stations.Justice Mumbi Ngugi heard the case.Rositika Oketch, another ODM agent, said Arama gave locals money to sign forms as ODM agents, a violation of election laws.

Arama's re-election now hangs in the balance.
