Nakuru residents are lamenting over the drainage system as heavy rains continue.

Many areas have flooded cutting off residents from their businesses, schools and even homes.

According to Ruth Wamuyu, her home at All Nations in Bahati has flooded after heavy rains. 

"We started seeing dirty brown water. Never in my life have I ever seen this. It's shocking, I don't know if the latrine will sink in and the water tank fall apart," Wamuyu posted on the Bahati Ni Kwetu Nakuru North page.

A similar situation was witnessed in Section 58 where business people were forced to closed down their shops.

Traders at Section 58 try to salvage their businesses from flood water. 

Floods had pushed them out of their shops.
