Nakuru Youth Bunge President Philip Ng'ok has appealed to the county government of Nakuru to ensure quality standards of infrastructure in Early Childhood Development Education Centres.
Speaking to media on Monday morning in Nakuru, Ng'ok said Early Childhood Education is the foundation of the nation as far as education sector is concerned and therefore should be given priority.
"I must say the county government has tried when it comes to ECD matters but I would like more effort to ensure each ward has enough quality ECD classrooms to boost the early education which is the key foundation,"said Ng'ok.
The Nakuru Youth Bunge Presidentsaid the county government is yet to equip the schools with enough teachers something.
"As youths, we have to make good use of the technical units in our education sector because it is through these units that we shall be equipped with the required skills as far as technical skills is concerned,"he said.
