Kelvin Njihia, a lawyer, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court that seeks to prevent some judges from hearing a case challenging President Kenyatta's re-election.
Njihia, in his petition, wants Judges Philomena Mwilu, Lenaola and Ibrahim stopped from hearing petitions against Kenyatta's re-election over what he says are questions about their conduct.
Philomena Mwilu and Lenaola were part of the majority decision that annulled the August 8 presidential elections.
The petition comes hours before the window to file a petition challenging Uhuru's re-election closes.
