The ODM secretary general, Ababu Namwamba has told off Wetangula and Kalonzo that they are at will to leave the coalition rather than issue baseless threats to the CORD leader, Raila Odinga.
He said the duo is not the only members that owe allegiance to the coalition and just like other members, they are free to make their next political move.
Issuing a stern warning to the lamenting duo on Wednesday, Namwamba said Raila can never be held hostage by the two for not turning up in a launch that was marred with violence.
“CORD is not a prison where anyone can be forcefully confined. Kalonzo and Wetangula can ditch the coalition any time they wish and nobody will question them why," said Ababu.
For the last one week, CORD leaders have been in a cold war with Raila who apparently failed to show up to a function organised by Moses Wetangula to launch his presidential bid.
