Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba's photos showing him in ' military' combats have elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans on Twitter.
The former ODM Secretary General posted the photo's on his official Twitter handle in which he warned both Jubilee and Cord leaders against engaging in outdated politics.
Some of his supporters urged him to stand firm and fight corruption which has marred Jubilee administration since it took power in 2013.
“Please general start with Jubilee to sweep off and clear them of corruption. We need strong people like you, independent minded for this nation to succeed," said Mike Simiyu.
However, some supporters allied to opposition team accused him of betrayal and warned that he would face the wrath of voters following his decision to ditch ODM.
“You forsake us when we needed you the most and now we no longer need you. You have lost grip and you won’t even be elected back home.” Said Jumah Elijah.
“You should have stayed in Cord since there is no anarchy rather than singing the tunes of the corrupt and inept leadership of Jubilee," added Joy Mullah.
