NARC Kenya Embu chairman John Kathangu has called for a speedy investigation and arrest those behind spreading of hatred leaflets in the county.
Kathangu said on Sunday that the police and provincial administration should move with speed and see to it that those behind such leaflets were brought to book as this could be a recipe for chaos in the county.
The Narc leader said that the county was cosmopolitan and anyone trying to divide residents through community ought to be in jail as the residents have been residing in peace among each other.
This comes barely a day after leaflets were spread in various towns within the county warning communities against each other in wake of a court ruling that ordered scrutiny and recount of votes in respect to a gubernatorial election petition.
Police in Embu have launched an investigation into the incident.
