Eliza Wambui Njenga was laid to rest on Wednesday at Wanyororo B , Bahati Sub-County in an emotional send off.

Presiding over the burial ceremony, Pastor David Ole Nesiut of the Redeemed Church Narok prayed for the bereaved family and urged them to trust in the Lord even at this moment. 

"Even in the difficult times put your trust in God," said Neisut. 

Neisut urged the national government to address the issue of flooding in Narok and other parts of the country to avert further loss of lives and property .

The Late Wambui perished last week in Narok County following floods.

 Wanyororo B Location Chief Bethwel Maina called on the residents to support one another in the times of difficult.

“There is no reason why people should not help one anther whenever calamities strike,” said Maina .

He however urged the county government to set up a special fund to cater for those who fall in calamities.

“Nakuru county needs a special fund to cater for those involved in natural calamities,” said Maina.
