NASA coalition has swiftly responded to Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu's petition seeking to remove Chief Justice David Maraga for allegedly instituting a 'judicial coup' following the Supreme Court's decision to nullify President Uhuru Kenyatta's win.

In his petition, Ngunjiri wants the Judicial Service Commission to investigate the conduct of the Chief Justice, the lawmaker claiming that Maraga was influenced his judgement.

But in a quick response, NASA co-principal Moses Wetang'ula who is also the Bungoma Senator accused Jubilee of attempting to intimidate the Judiciary even as vowed to deal with them (Jubilee).

"Jubilee want to harass, intimidate, terrorize and humiliate the Chief Justice.Bring it on.Tutaonana mundu khu mundu. We date you," Wetang'ula said in statement on his twitter handle.

Chief Justice Maraga as been under serious attacks from the Jubilee leadership led by President Uhuru Kenyatta since the Supreme Court made the landmark ruling to annul his (Uhuru's) win.

Uhuru has vowed to 'fix' the Supreme Court if he is re-elected in a repeat Presidential poll slated for October 17.
