Timothy Bosire says the agreement reached by the National Super Alliance coalition provides a platform to send President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government home.
Opposition team’s principals are set to sign the agreement which was drafted by a 12- member committee on Wednesday in Nairobi.
And the firebrand Kitutu Masaba MP says the agreement provides options for the opposition to secure majority seats in parliament among other crucial requirements in elections.
“I want to say frankly that we agreed on concrete issues. It provides an opportunity for opposition to send this corrupt government home.
“We are targeting securing majority of seats in parliament and so forth. This is a new don for this country and hopefully Kenyans shall see sense in what we did,” said Bosire, who also seats in the technical committee.
Although he did not disclose the contents of the agreement, Bosire hinted that opposition will conduct joint nominations in battlefield regions.
“We have to shelve our ambitions in certain regions for the sake of the party and that is our position. Sometimes sacrifices are essential,” he wrote a whatsap group on Tuesday.
