The National Super Alliance (NASA) risks being split as affiliate parties have began complaining of inequalities within.
A section of NASA-affiliated MPs have threatened that they will withdraw their support in case the leadership does not move in swiftly to address concerns that arose after the recent House leadership appointments.
Suba South MP John Mbadi was appointed Minority Leader with Suna East MP Junet Mohamed getting the Minority Whip in the National Assembly, something that angered the members who have threatened to quit the alliance.
Majority of Coastal MPs are at the front of this outcry.
But as the power wrangles continue to escalate, across the road leaders from Jubilee are plotting to reap big from the disagreements.
National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has revealed that Jubilee is targetting to bring on board all those who feel left out in NASA.
“If they have suffocated you and you are unable to breathe, there is a place where there is plenty of tolerance. In Jubilee there is tolerance and there is accommodation, it is only in Jubilee where a pastoralist can lead," he said.
"Those angered in NASA should run away from ethnic capture and ideological capture,” Duale added.
