The National Super Alliance (Nasa) has called off today's anti-IEBC protests.
Raila Odinga's spokesman Dennis Onyango in a statement said the opposition leaders will today visit victims of police brutality during the demonstrations.
"This is a temporary step to enable the coalition to attend to the supporters who were brutalised and hurt and families that lost loved ones today (Monday) after police and State-protected goons descended on protesters and Nasa leaders," the statement read.
A form four student was on Monday shot dead by police during the protests.
Nasa leaders have condemned the use of excessive force by police on their supporters.
