[Photo|Nasa coalition]NASA Chief Executive Officer Norman Magaya, has found himself in trouble, over anti-IEBC demonstrations.Acting Interior and Coordination Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i, has said the government will take legal action against Magaya, following violence and looting experienced in Nairobi, during the demonstrations.According to the CS, Magaya was the one who notified the county's Police Commander Japheth Koome, about the demonstrations, and so, will take full responsibility, of all damages.Addressing the press, Thursday afternoon, flanked by top security government officials, Matiang'i said the Ministry was assessing the damages cost, by the Nasa demonstrations, and that a legal action will be taken thereafter.
He lamented that he had received reports of huge losses, from both small traders and bigger business people, who decried that their property had been destroyed, through the Nasa demonstrations.Matiang'i said Magaya failed to ensure protests marshalls take charge of the demos, contrary to what he notified the police. He further warned that same action would be taken against any official who notified the police about the demos.
