NASA has claimed that some of the Forms 34A lack security features.
Presenting his submissions during the ongoing presidential petition, Orengio said that the forms lacked watermarks.
He wondered how the forms were used to declare the winner of the August 8 polls without the vital feature.
"Come to 34B, more than 56 had no security features we 291 forms without serial numbers (31), forms not signed by agents (32), 189 were not completely filled yet were taken to the national tallying centre, did not have hand over notes, 103 had no handover sections, " said Orengo.
In a quick rejoinder, IEBC lawyer Paul Muite told the court that the forms lost there security features due to scanning.
