[Photo|ODM]The National Super Alliance (NASA) has embarked on gathering sufficient evidence to take the ruling Jubilee government to the International Criminal Court (ICC).CEO Norman Magaya, said the coalition is planning to refer cases of alleged extra-judicial killings being witnessed in the country, especially in areas perceived to be NASA support bases, to the Hague based court.Addressing the press, Tuesday, Magaya indicated the government was deliberately executing Kenyans of one community which amounts to ethnic cleansing. He was speaking after the High Court temporarily barred the police from arresting him, following the on going anti-IEBC demonstrations, as threatened by the Ag Interior CS Dr Fred Matiang'i.Magaya further criticised Matiang'i and Uhuru's administration, over brutality meted on opposition supporters in demonstrations, saying the current political crisis in the country, can not be resolved by dictatorial forces and threats. He emphasized NASA principals' stance that there will be no election on the October 26th, however uncomfortable the statement may sound to their opponents.
