Raila Odinga’s outfit NASA has said that it will not go to court to appeal the results announced by the IEBC.

Speaking to journalists after a meeting with the IEBC, Orengo said that he believes that the end to this election dispute is not near until justice is done.

“Going to court is not an alternative for us because we have been there. Every time a Kenyan people stand up to make Kenya better. Nobody should not think that this is the end of this matter and nobody should make us feel guilty,” James Orengo said.

NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi who said that they do not accept with the announcement echoed his stand. Mudavadi confirmed that their issues have not been addressed.

“We are not going to be party to the IEBC declaration. The message is that the issues we raised have not been adequately addressed. Some of the issues were put in writing but they have not responded to them,” Mudavadi said.
