A NASA allied governor on Wednesday was criticized on social media after he won a petition that was filed challenging his August 8, 2017 win.
A section of Nyamira County residents accused Governor John Nyagarama for imposing himself using the court on people who don't recognize his leadership.
"This is thief used all means to win the petition. He is a failure ready to embezzle funds as he is used to do," wrote Moses Ragira on his Facebook page.
Walter Nyasani accused the Judiciary for failing to do justice to the people of Nyamira.
"The will of the people of Nyamira has been buried to a deep grave. Nyagarama remains a failure even after the court validated his victory. He will not have peace in leading Nyamira people because we have suffered in the hands of the unlearned governor," stated Nyasani.
Brian Monda said people of Nyamira will have to suffer in the next five years because the court failed to do justice.
"Sufferings and embezzling of funds in Nyamira still continues under the leadership of the illiterate ODM governor who is a perennial loser as his party leader," he said.
