The Wiper governor further dismissed Raila Odinga's inauguration as people's president as a decoy meant to prepare the latter for negotiations.

"So what was the value for the famous oath and the pretended treason then and now? Why didn't Raila recognise Uhuru in August?" wondered Kibwana.

For Raila to perfect his art, Kibwana said, he preferred to do swearing-in alone so that he would have a bigger say when negotiating with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

And Kibwana, who insists the Wiper party preferred dialogue, now wants Raila to apologise for adopting the strategy which he had long declined.

"We hope he will find decency and humility to apologise to his co-principals for subjecting them to humiliation. Otherwise he risks running out of future coalition partners," he said.

Wiper party will on Friday make a decision on whether or not to endorse negotiation deal struct by Raila and Uhuru last week.

But Kibwana, who also doubles as Wiper chair, doubts whether Raila will ever honour MoU to support Kalonzo in 2022.
